ok, got it fixed by comparing permissions which i had tinkered to not allow guest users to read my drives, had to let go of that for making indexing detect my drive and work as usual, why such easy things become so complicted in windows is beyond me. And as expected, still have an issue i.e. searching files from start menu is instantaneous but searching files in file explorer is so slow as if indexing wasnt even active,any solutions? below is a screenshot of permissions required to get indexing work, apply these to all files and folders and then reboot, you shall see the drive for indexing selection then. hope it helps someone someday.
