From memory when i had a samsung laptop in for repair, it was F2 to enter bios when you see the Samsung logo, but pressing the ESC key instead gave a boot menu to select USB, DVD, HDD etc. Unless they have changed it on newer models.

On some from what i have read F10 brought up some recovery menu and one option was to enter Setup/Bios. Think it depends if it has UEFI bios?

YAY as I always speak everyday I learn something :rofl: I find solution! when I I try load Windows first time I see that O.S. was broken then I insist and put DVD with Windows again on drive open Windows Explorer click on icon DVD drive is show files on disk then right click on setup an make install over "old installation" but damn Intel Celeron CPU B800 @1,50GHZ 2 cores 2 processors is slow as hell  waste a lot of time to install when finaly system is installed first thing that I make of course was use Windows Loader v2.1.2 by Daz in sequence open Windows Explorer again right click on C:\ make cleanup to remove Windows.Old more some things, after I open Computer management\Disk Management shrink system partition and after I make one new partition for storage Documents, Downloads, Musics, Pictures and Videos (because I dont have conditions to use Diskpart) more one folder named as Softwares by 3ºs to storage any files as Firefox, CDBurnerXP, VLC AV etc and concluding I open System information to see which damn BIOS is :sneaky: then bingo!! Phoenix Technologies LTD. 02RH 05/31/2012 :roflmao: so concluding is possible make install of O.S. in this situation still if I remember before to put old USB keyboard question solved :shisha:

Just saying, if you're not able to see the samsung bios welcome screen or not able to access the bios, it is recommended to reset the CMOS. I have an old samsung laptop which sometimes directly boots up to OS not giving me the option to enter F2.
