[Solved] paintshop pro x7 x64 no longer starts

    crashes on start showing diagbox that says vcomp110.dll is missing ! what the hell is this ? any help will be much appreciated

    thank you, it does not work, is there a library of some sort that would install it ?

    Did you download the right DLL ? there is a 64 and 32 bit

    Did you copy vcomp110.dll in to the system32 folder

    On my PC it solved my problem !!

    That vcom file is an DLL Library file! A file with the same name is used by different apps on different location within Windows and also amended by some apps. It's also part of Microsofts Visual Studio and others!

    Just only download and copy somewhere will hardly help!

    I think I'd uninstall it and re-install it.

    thank you all :) just found out how to solve it: dl vcredist_x64.exe from MS and installed it... the hardest was to figure where that dll was contained
