    Good morning,

    Here is my issue, recently my mobo fries so i had to replace it.
    I manage to fill the missing label in BIOS with one of HP DMI tool but can't for PCID apparently "platform issue" with the tool.
    So i'm looking for the appropriate tool to fill the PCID in the bios so that the error message at boot vanished !

    Notebook info:
    Compaq CQ58-340SF
    D2F69EA#ABF
    InsydeH2O BIOS utility configuration v3.7
    BIOS label on mobo: Insyde H2O DG69 4794

    You have been helpfull in the past so let's try this again !
    Thanks for the reply.

    @Tito,

    I have used the one entitled HPBFO066.exe from NbDmiFit 2.09. I fully managed entering the follwing: serial, model, product, CT board...
    But as stated in my first post failed with PCID.
    Guessing not the right tool for this notebook, so if you have any clue regarding the proper tool for this model, it's much appreciated !
    Thanks.
