I run 64bit Windows 10 TP 10051 only, not 32bit! Powershell is working only while using the 32bit version, both 64bit (normal and Admin) giving error to start.

While running Powershell as admin, you could see on on top (blue bar) Administrator: Windows PowerShell, run not as administrator it just shows Windows PowerShell.

I thought "issues" in unstable builds were called "Bugs" ?

Thanks EFA11 that worked fine. I had no problem with 32bit, just the 64bit and that works now.

By the way this isn't a Windows 10 "issue". This is a security feature from Powershell where executing scripts is dissabled by default. This is to protect windows-dummies to do something hurtfull to their Windows. Powershell can be very powerfull in really messing up yur system if you don't know what you are dooing.
