[Solved] problem to install service pack 1 windows x64

    hi all friends me

    please help me...

    i have windows 7 ultimate x64 - x86 sp1 DVD installed.

    i want install service pack windows becuse not found file kb976932 service pack on windows me and only name windows sp 1.

    please help me.

    You have installed Windows from a SP1 slipstreamed ISO. So it is normal.

    yes my installed windows is a SP1 slipstreamed ISO. and not need install kb976932 file?

    I could be wrong but kb976932 is SP1.

    Your not going to find kb976932 in the list..... It is integrated into your system and is now called SP1.... Look at your first screen shot!!

    Only update packages installed as such show up. SP1 that's integrated won't (since you never installed it and can't uninstall it).
