Heya, I got a VAiO PCV-9913 here and I got hands on parts of the data of a recovery DVD. Its not an image and its not (yet) bootable. Also I dont want to install the recovery XP version, but only install 1 specific software from it. (Giga Pocket, to watch TV) Problem is, apart form autorun.exe and a Windows Folder, there are 2 giant files: SONY.I01 (655 MB) File header : 54 43 4A 4E 49 BB 62 50 3D 00 63 TCJNI»bP=.c SONY.PAC (1.34 GB) File header : 2A 01 01 2A *..* 7zip starts to unpack and then says "cannot unpack as archive" Does anyone know if there was an unpacker for such files or if only the file header got modified ? I really dont want to install this bloated XP...just Giga Pocket Regards,
