Our first step with every new computer is to use a USB drive created using Microsoft's Media Creation tool to format the computer's drives and install a fresh, unadulterated copy of Windows. Today, we attempted to prep a couple Surface Pros with Windows 11, the Surface wouldn't acknowledge the W11 stick we created with Media Creation Tool, so I downloaded and ISO and attempted installation with Rufus. No joy. Much to my surprise our old W10 installer drives work fine. Anyone know what's going on and what it's going to take to put a fresh copy of Windows 11 on these Surface Pros?
