When watching YouTube videos on Full Screen in Chrome, the taskbar sometimes appears. I have Windows 11 22H2 installed.

I think I no longer have this issue too but I have a new PC and I didn't test it on the previous one.

Now, every time I open the YouTube bookmark in an incognito window, the site refreshes (but not if I access YouTube in an incognito window without using its bookmark, which is odd). This is annoying since if I start typing its search bar right after accessing the site, I have to retype.

EDIT: It seems this problem is caused by the I don't care about cookies browser extension and it also happens with the I still don't care about cookies one as well.
