Man with all the issues you are having, you should just backup your important data, format your system drive and reinstall Windows.
Then obviously your hardware is trash. Throw it out and start anew. Or better yet, get yourself a Chromebook and leave the serious PC business to us experts.
@Windows 10 User If you receive a similar error message like 0x800f0983, 0x800f0922, 0x8000ffff, 0x800f0826 etc, it is in no way related to any Windows update, but indicates that your current Windows is damaged or not cared as should. Usually have not been cleaned, ie folder %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\Download is full of outdated junk and the same is in folder %windir%\servicing\LCU Very often have been problem with damaged or blocked Windows defender, ie if user have tried to block or uninstall it or have installed some third parti defender that blocks updates, etc. People are tremendously resourceful about doing stupid things and then complain that they cannot install updates. So my recommendation is to clean and tidy up your current Windows and if it is in perfect order you will have no problem installing this update.
Well then maybe in the future you should stop using 17 different tweaking apps and maybe your system will behave in a nicer manner.
OK. Be that as it may, but what should we, ie everyone here besides You, do? Does crying help? Or should we all say "yes - we have a problem like that?" too, even if don't have. What do you recommend us to do? Or how can we help You?
when re-installing Win10 v1909, use clean ESD/ISO install media direct from MS rather than creating one from uupdumps or using any "homebrewed" 1909 iso images cuz that's were most of the problems could happen
That's what I did in the first place and I still had problems. EDIT: I did a clean install and now I'm having the 0x80073712 error while installing KB4541335. Maybe it has to do with something NTLite and Winaero Tweaker did. EDIT 2: I did an in-place upgrade install using a 19041.41 image with the penultimate CU, the latest SSU and the latest CU for .NET Framework integrated and I successfully installed the latest CU.
