Sometimes, after clicking a taskbar icon, it opens the icon next to it. I have to restart explorer.exe to stop this behavior but occasionally, after right-clicking the taskbar, the context menu doesn't appear and so I can't run Task Manager to restart explorer.exe through the latter, only after clicking the "Task Manager" setting in the menu which appears after pressing the CTRL, ALT and DEL keys.

Also, when opening a window, it constantly and randomly returns to a previous one.

I have these issues for months (at least) even after making several Windows 11 clean installs.

    Bugs or pebkac? :D

If it were real bugs then the entire nerd world would be filled with it.

Had the "clicking a taskbar icon, it opens the icon next to it" happen a few times, when being too fast in switching between programs..

Other friends also have both (especially the first one) so I guess we're all to blame. Are these issues PEBKAC as well?

According to @Enthousiast, it must be pebkac as well. I have it regardless of how fast I switch them.

EDIT: Now, when clicking taskbar icons, it sometimes doesn't do nothing or the icon sometimes doesn't get inside a blank square as if it wasn't active. I have to restart explorer.exe (and only after clicking the "Task Manager" setting in the menu which appears after pressing the CTRL, ALT and DEL keys since the context menu doesn't appear after right-clicking the taskbar and so I can't run Task Manager to restart explorer.exe through the latter) to fix both bugs.

EDIT 2: Now I'm not having the previous issue and the second one, at least.

EDIT 3: Now I'm not having the first issue.

EDIT 4: Now, when removing components with NTLite (and after the process is done), after clicking the taskbar's icons, they don't get inside a blank square (so, I have the former issue again). Also, when removing components with NTLite (and after the process is done), after clicking some of the taskbar icons, it sometimes opens the icon next to it (so, I have this issue again). Once again, I have to restart explorer.exe (and only after clicking the "Task Manager" setting in the menu which appears after pressing the CTRL, ALT and DEL keys since the context menu doesn't appear after right-clicking the taskbar and so I can't run Task Manager to restart explorer.exe through the latter) to fix both bugs.

EDIT 5: I'm not having the previous problems.
