I don't believe that there is any one best. Everyone has different wants and needs. All of the tools in the KMS section do the job. My preferred method is to run VLMCSD on a router, Linux server, cell phone, DVR or any other supported device attached to the network. That way there is NO problem with anti-virus software blocking activation or troubles with the methods used to circumvent Microsoft limitations (tap, dll injection, etc). Cody's Microsoft Toolkit also has a KMS server service so that another Windows machine can act as a KMS server.
As Nimbus2000 already stated, it depends on ones preferences. So ask more specifically and we might be able to answer. Besides the vlmcsd ones and the Windows versions there's also a python version, that can run on my crappy Samsung Ace II to avctivate machines in WLAN .

Although vlmcsd is very versatile it needs some more understanding of the matter. I would guess you're looking for a solution to simply activate (and maybe keep it activated) your Office. If that's the case there would be KMS_VL_ALL (activates all found volume products and leaves no traces) or the more advanced and configurable Microsoft Toolkit. Both can be found in my sig. NOTE: In order to be able to activate Office, you'll need the proper volume version. Check the 2nd post of the Office How-to thread in my sig for the clever tool by ratzlefatz to get the correct office version.
I tried KMS_VL_AL on ↓ Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 → {Not working} Microsoft Office Professional 2016 → {Working} I had uninstall all then re-install Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 & activated it used the traditional one KMSpico. thanks everybody
Hi there. From Windows 10 1803 the windows defender it delete the AutoKMS activator (from Microsoft Toolkit 2.6.4) even if i set the C:\Windows\AutoKMS\AutoKMS.exe and C:\Windows\AutoKMS\ as excluded. So what's the best KMS activator i can use to avoid deletion. Th'x!
