    Is it a Toshiba?? Does Windows come as pre-installed??

    Yes Toshiba, sorry I thought I had mentioned that.
    I would assume yes and that it may have been up/downgraded.

    Thanks for the help guys, got it all sorted no problem. Was expecting much more of an up hill struggle but that was pretty straight forward with the right info :)
