KMS activations aren't dependent on uefi/bios, they run inside windows.

is there a way to activate Windows 7 Ultimate (UEFI) with a KMS solution? If not is there an easy way to activate?

Ultimate only supports OEM and retail licensing channels, not volume (KMS/MAK).

    that's what I thought.
Is there a way to activate? I know DAZ loader only supports MBR

    one more question:
I have an original Windows 7 Ultimate x64 installation disc from Dell (OEM).
If I install this version on another brand laptop do I have to remove original slic and replace it or can I just install windows and will it be automatically activated?

SLIC (in the BIOS/UEFI) and certificate (in OS) have to match. Depending on the Dell OEM disc, it will either deny installation completely, or the OS won't be activated right away until you install the correct certificate. You can use Daz Loader for that task, as it, contrary to common belief, will work to install the matching certificate if a SLIC is already present.
