Could you tell me exactly how to do that?

Also, my PC only detects the USB flash drive where I burned the Windows 11 ISO at the second time, i.e., after trying to boot from the USB, nothing appears in the list's USB section, so I choose to boot from the HDD, then press CTRL + ALT + DEL to restart the PC and then the USB flash drive appears.

When you boot from a USB stick you can install the program on to it ........ and if not just use a portable version and put it somewhere on the stick .

I think this is the portable version. I clicked on "Download Windows Executable (works without installation)". So, I just have to move it to the USB drive? The problem here is that I'm trying to format the drive I'm currently using so I have to this program from USB.

Either install it to the stick if you can ....... or use a portable version and put it on the stick ......... and then boot from the stick and wipe ther HDD .

We're talking about two different sticks .......... a bootable stick with a working operating system and the format tool on it .......... and a USB stick with a windows installer on it .

    JESUS CHRIST!
We know where you are and what you have!

Look, go and grab this iso and burn it with RUFUS into your UFD

    [Link removed]

Hurry up before a mod deletes the link for pointing to warez.

You will find Guru's tool and other partition and hdd wipe tools that you can use to low level format as well.

Nevertheless consider you MIGHT already have a defective RAM module and a corrupted Windows iso.
And less likely, a malware affecting motherboard's firmware.

You need another computer to do it.

When you're done run some diagnostic tests to the HDD to see what health it has with HD Sentinel which you will find in Strelecs WinPE too!!
