    Hi friends,

I upgraded few Win7 machines to Win10 without any issues in the past but I have an issue now with upgrading from win7 and it sucks at "making sure you're ready to install". Is this because even "assistive technology windows 10" free offer ended by 31st DEC 2017.? anyone able to upgrade freely since 1st Jan 2018?

Now i have fully updated Win7 pro X64 (daz activated) and I tried to run setup from USB (downloaded latest ISO using media creation tool) and it stuck up at "making sure you're ready to install" for few hours. So i downloaded "Windows10Upgrade9252.exe" and ran but it also stucks at the same situation.

    1) As don't want to use KMS technique, what are my options now? (other than buying ofcourse :) ) Is there ANY way (hack/trick) to upgrade this machine to win10 with digital license?

    2) I've gone through few threads where it's suggested to generate legit HWID license etc. not sure how it can be done. Could any one elaborate in detail?

    Thanks

    Thanks again s1ave77 and Yen
It is THE EASIEST WAY (as it avoids upgrade hassles/slowness and avoids 2nd time fresh install) and worked like charm :)
    Applying updates now ...
