I have SLIC 2.1 in the BIOS and installed using an OEM SLP key. Any help would be appreciated.

An MGADIAG report should be helpful.

Would that require a BIOS mod?

The cert validates the SLIC in memory, whether its original or emulated. Looks like the SLIC in your case comes from a loader/bios mod, so you just need to install it.

    Code:
    slmgr.vbs /ilc PATH_TO_CERTIFICATE
You need admin privilege to run the above.
