+ I changed these old ones with the original ones: basebrd.dll.mui and shell32.dll.mui
+ "mcbuilder" on cmd via administrator privileges
    + than i installed KB2902864 update
    + restart
    + BINGO!

Have you been messing around with hacktivators/hacktivation?

I was edited shell32.dll.mui for "secure boot isn't configured correctly" by resource hacker. But there is no problem until today. Everything was good.

You should keep a backup of the file before editing. Anyway, the original file can be found in sources\install.wim.
