    because this feature has been discontinued by MS years ago.

    Windows To Go was discontinued by Microsoft in 2019 and is no longer available in Windows 10 as of the May 2020 update (version 2004).

    still exists but only from third party software that can create like Hasleo WinToUSB as an example

    yes, third party tools can still create windows to go media, rufus is one of those tools.
    and of course, you can always use an older windows enterprise installation for the real deal ;)
