22000 is not affected by the missing apps, do you still have the cmd window open in which the conversion ran? And on what Host OS (+build) did you run the conversion?
no I don't cmd window, this was done some time ago. I just run the 'wsreset -i' command (admin). Still didn't work, but now says "you'll need a new app to open this windowsdefender app. Look for an app in MS store", which there isn't any app. It changed the error message some what. The host was on my desktop. I'm trying to install into a laptop.
What build is the windows on this desktop? wsreset -i will take some time to work according to some reports. ps, why such an ancient build and why on uup dump, considering the TB/MVS ISOs are readily available.
Downloaded ISO from MS "Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO)". Installed without any issues. The only problem, it installed HOME version. I needed to add that 'e-i-e-i-o" cfg to sources to enable all the editions. Selected Pro and it installed and was activated without intervention. No more you need a new app. Everything now works.
@Enthousiast Thanks for posting these answers. What is the recommended course of action currently for having the apps integrated? When I try wsreset -i with my current iso from uupdump.net (22621.898) I always get the MS store back, but still have to manually install App Installer, and Windows Defender/Health/Security is still missing, as well as some framework packages that would support Windows Defender. I've found a few "piece meal" methods to get those apps back, but I'm wondering if there's something more direct? This thread: Microsoft Defender Anti-Malware/Platform Update Kit for Windows 11 ...seems to be the most directly related. Is that the recommended way to go to get the apps back into the ISO? I have 2 spare laptops at the moment that aren't too old, one of which takes Win 11 with no issues, so I'm ready to do some testing, if that will be of use to anyone. I have to say, the amount of effort you guys put into documenting all this stuff with Windows is astounding. I'll be playing catch-up for a while
All Techbench/MVS/MCT/ESD ISOs have all apps onboard, UUP dump is set to integrate all apps by default too. That thread only provides the updates for defender engine/definitions updates, not the app itself.

Ah, i actually did this on a Win 10 system originally. I happen to be on Win 11 now. I remember the msg on uupdump about a minimum version of Win 10 being needed... Allost forgot that. I thought i checked my Win 10 version at the time and found it was good, or i had updated Win 10 to latest updates and this thought that might suffice? I likely didn't have a sufficient version of Win 10 while running the uupdump script. Should my "patched" versions of win 11 suffice? "Patched" meaning "wsreset -i" and external packages to get apps back.
Just don't close the cmd window before you checked the content for errors, and to be sure copy the content to a txt file or publish it here in code tags.
