as I know..Windows 8 RTM is the final version and I really wanna make it my main operation system. But I have some questions.. What is that KMS Server? and why we can't fully activate Windows 8? When we are gonna see a working activator like Daz loader? It's true that we can't customize the desktop or change things if the windows are not fully activated? It's really recommended for a main operation system? Thank you.
In windows 8, for now there'is no trial grace period unlike in Windows 7, so you can use it with limited personalization and some watermarks 2 ways to active : Volume License (require KMS activation provided by KMS Server host, like what we do now ; only 180days and extendable) Retail License (require genuine key, permanent) I use it as my main OS, it boots fast but some applications won't run well due to .NET Framework 3.0 absence
A server where you 'validate' your w$ every 180 days. Probably not. Who knows. Only Daz knows that. If he can run a fully emulator, maybe. yes I woudlnt. Because of the 180 days issue. Not by now. Other than that, I would use it as main OS. Its a lot better compared to 7 in memory management.
A question about W8....I have it installed and fully activated in VirtualBox. Is there a procedure or this kind of stuff to keep that activation(a token or other files) in case when I want to reinstall the OS or to install it as main OS on my machine? (when a working display driver will be available )
And I cannot keep that activation...BTW I gonna use 7 for loong time cuz....W8RTM is a crap FOR ME...
That article is pure bulls**t. Ppl here (on this forum) are patching the OS itself, on a very protective process without any problem. Its not more secure, thats for sure. I dont know about the 'app' (aka market) level but still. 8 not even faster than 7, more because the kernel wasnt touched but it has a better memory management, as I said before, because they dont cache in extreme like was on vista and a lil less like its on 7. Other than that, its the same OS running a new interfase. Thats all.
