Sometimes I have delay when I double click on picture file

    until I see the "windows picture preview" (It's happen when clicking on mouse or keyboard - the same problem).

    OS: Win8.1.2

    video related. can be an outdated driver or an older graphic card with only little memory. A slow buss on MB also can cause such behaviour where you can look after latest chipset drivers

    What is your system specifications? I would want to know if you experienced any lag after upgrading your system. If not, I think you should scan your system for malware first before anything else.
