What would be the song that'd you choose for your own funeral out of curiosity? Mine would be or out of more
People come in, family and friends, nobody knows what to say ... first they have coffee and then they sit down and wait. Then the lights are dimmed, and the music start to play: 1. Pink Floyd - Sign of Life [A Momentary Lapse of Reason] The way this song starts, and the way it builds up ... I have goose bumps already ... Then there is the speech about life and death, and after that speech: 2. Rush - Witch Hunt [Moving Pictures] The darkness that I hear in this song, and the fact that they're my favorite band! Then there is the personal speech, who he was and what he did in life: 3. Queen - Ride the wild Wind [Innuendo] Just listen to the lyrics ... and the fact that it reminds me of my dog's life and death. "Ride the wild wind, live life on the razor's edge". I loved my dog more than anything in life, I played this song again and again. Then there's the farewell speech, tears will flow ... what's a good song to bring out those tears: 4. Queen - Bijou [Innuendo] Just close your eyes and listen, both the guitar and the lyrics tell it all. This song also reminds me of my dog, and what she meant to me. When the song is over, there's only silence ... and then everybody goes home. 1. Pink Floyd - Signs of Life 2. Rush - Witch Hunt - Snakes and Arrows live 3. Queen - Ride The Wild Wind 4. Queen - Bijou
