[FONT="]Hi, I’m trying to fix a sony vaio PCG-TR5MP with windows xp installed, the problem is the webcam is not working I have tried all the drivers I could find including the once from sony website with no success, at first I was getting a white screen when operating the webcam, I though the webcam was faulty so I bought another and replaced the old webcam now I’m getting black screen when the webcam is in operation but no image, tested with MSN same problem, webcam is present in the device manager and the message say device is working properly, so what could be the problem??[/FONT] [FONT="] [/FONT] [FONT="]Any ideas please?[/FONT]
