Hello, I have problem whenever I put the computer on sleep for second time it hangs on welcome screen and says "preparing to standby". The only option left for me is to hold the power button to turn it off when I turn it on and try to put it back on standby it works for one time and for other time it starts to hangs and freeze I tried most of the available articles which they are provided by MS and didn't help win XP- SP3 BTW shutting down, restarting the computer work fine please help....
