in start menu all my applications apps such as firefox, winword, ccleaner etc. are present and working... all W8 icons such as store, mail, message etc. seem to be deactivated and don't launch any progrm, just a full screen identical icon. I found a winstore folder filled with error messages... is there any service to activate ? pls help
