    FAQ:
    Q:Why No Offline Av Here?
-Not Always Updated And Supported For Older OS
    -Outdated Program Can Easily Hijacked

Q: So By Using Av Not 100% Safe? What Do You Mean?
A: As Long As Tools, Engine, Database And Other Important Thing Updated Then They Safe But Remember No One Product Is Perfecto So Is The Best To Use Your Own Instinct

Q: Update To Latest Os Is Recommended Why You Not Mention It?
Welp Ok, I don't want to be complicated to explain it
Here Since Windows 10 Still Have Major Issues Such As hdd usage 100% blah blah blah I Won't Recommend User Windows To Upgrade To Windows 10
But You Still Can Upgrade It If You Want
    I Just Not Recommend It

    OR

you can move on linux distro
so update or upgrade your windows is Not mandatory Here

    Best Regards

... was the only statement of your post that I would support.
I can understand why people are not yet upgrading from Windows 7 to 10, but I would advise no one to still use Windows XP (or the embedded thing) as their desktop OS.

Detach network connection from the PC. Store important files elsewhere and have an offline backup. Use an OS for which you don’t have to get updates via some scripts, because it’s not really supported anymore, upgrade to a modern OS / Linux.
