They will be using Chromium, so I did not think that possible, thanks. Always trust Microsoft to come with something new to fool people.
Microsoft is worth a gazillion dollars....you'd think they could actually pay some people to work on their browser, that's really cheesy to expect others to do your job for you for free
You really don't know much about Microsoft Beta programs The IE Beta Program started out on connect.microsoft.com for non-payed testers many years ago.
Sad to say, but Everybody is a beta tester. The question is: Did you pay or did you beta test for free?
But but beta testing for what? They are releasing crappier builds and updates as time goes by. Damn it!
alpha testers my foot. m$ is supposed to provide a finished-because they charge for it- product. as the almost weekly updates [`builds`] prove, w10 [ edge included] it is nothing of the sort.
That's Semi-Annual channel (Targeted) branch. Even Enterprise and 2019 LTSC are on same build versions. Also Windows Server 2019 is on same build version as ALL Win10 v1809. Hence all are "beta" testers. The latest LTSB "stable" builds ATM are Win10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB (v1607, RS1) and Windows Server 2016. These are supported for until 2026 I believe (~10 years). Also Semi-Annual channel (formally, Current Branch for Business) is v1803 is regarded "stable" for businesses now.
