Strange icon on Desktop

    Hello guys.

    I just bought a new laptop with Windows 8.

    On the desktop, there's this icon.I honestly do not know what it is and I do not know how to delete it. Sometimes it appears another icon similar, but with an A inside and then go away by itself.


    Can anyone tell me what this is? Casetta2.jpg

    odd one that, ive never seen it on my pc when my num lock is on or off. Best not press it just in case lol jus kidding.

    Ahhhh ok! Wow lollll:-D Thank you so much .... but how can I do I to delete it permanently ?

    Lenovo Thinkpad Hotkeys software installed. Numlock is on. It is usefull, but if you dont like it just uninstall Lenovo Thinkpad Hotkeys software.
