Maybe it's because you are running a vnc remote connection?

Hard Drive failure maybe? it was happening to my seagate 1tb then i just bought a WD 3tb and paired it with my 120gb ssd and no issues now i would use the warranty on the hard drive its most likely failing

Ok, this is really complex so hang with me:*
1: Take your mouse and move it so the cursor is over the blue border at the top of the folder window.
2: Press the left mouse button and without releasing it move the mouse towards you, then finally release the left mouse button.
3: Go back to step 1 but instead of clicking the blue border instead click the now visible corner of the window, when you have completed step 2 again you are done ;)

*The post should be read in British accent and might be more daft than your average Friday post on MDL :D

Sinceramente, he pensado en hacer eso y probar otra vez Windows 10 a ver si le funciona ya el sonido.
I'm thinking about it. I think that i'm going to install again Windows 10 and see if the sound works now
