Strange stutterings in all games on Windows 7

    Hi guys.

    No one has experienced problems stuttering all games on Windows 7? Windows 10 doesn't have this problem. I tried everything. Nothing helps. I even reinstalled Windows and installed only videocard driver, directx, C++ redist, nothing more. Still the same. I try even 6 years old videocard driver. Not help. Hardware is old Athlon II 760, GTX 670. Windows 7 have full support this. I don't know what the problem is. Maybe someone faced something like this?

    Best stick with Windows 10.

    as far as i know , the processor is the issue , the microsutters/stutters used to happen to me aswell on cpu intensive apps/games.
