I am really at a loss as to why do I sometimes get a strange rectangular white bar (half of screen horizontally with height as 1-2 lines). I have been getting this off and on on windows 10 1909/2004 x64. The only way out seems to be sign out and sign in. However, even then it appears spontaneously while working. I have read around and people say it is a GPU issue. But this is on all my devices (laptops with IGPU and NVIDIA) and desktop (only Nvidia GPU 1660).

Does anyone else get this and is there a way to get rid of this.

Did you try changing screen resolution and updating display driver ?

Thanks, but that is what is given in Microsoft and does not work. This is on latest nvidia drivers (in fact all nvidia drivers) and all PC/resolutions: 1080p, 1440p, 2160p.

Maybe it has something to do with the win10 1909 that you are using.
do all your devices have the same version installed ?

Learn to make a screenshoot (windows + PrtScr) and come back alter after you manage to upload or post the link
