Struggling to activate Win 8.1 Pro RTM - been at it for hours

    In Microsoft Toolkit, Go to the Product Key install tab and choose "Windows 8.1" & "Professional" from the dropdown lists, then press "Install" key on the right > then go to the Activation tab and press Activate on the right ?

    Might need to go to the settings and change the Local Host Method method from TAP to one of the other 2 Bypass Method options and try again

    Thanks for the suggestion, I get the following output.


    Do I need to reboot between attempts?
    I have Windows Firewall Control installed that puts a new front end of the Windows Firewall. This has been turned off.
    My AV is by ESET, and this has also been turned off.

    Any other suggestions please?

    Ah I missed that OP had used a hacktivator, thanks

    @ OP - Don't use crappy hacktivators, use KMS from MDL only or things like this happen ;)
