Struggling with installing MS Office 2016 Pro Plus on Windows 7 Home Premium

    I've downloaded the .iso file from: tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php

    I installed Office, wrote and executed the Retail2VL.cmd script, then attempted to activate using MST.

    I'm recieveing the following error when I try to activate using Microsoft Toolkit:

    Code:
        System.UnauthorizedAccessException
    at System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.ThrowExceptionForHRInternal(Int32 errorCode, IntPtr errorInfo)
    at System.Management.ManagementObjectCollection.ManagementObjectEnumerator.MoveNext()
    at .ƒ.(String , String , , String )
    at ...ctor()
    at ..(Object , DoWorkEventArgs )
    How do I go about getting this working?

    Better to ask for help in the MTK thread.

    Or use KMSpico instead, it activates Retail Pro Plus by default.

    Already tried KMSpico didn't work either, but thanks. I'll try posting on the MTK thread

    Tried that too, didn't work, gives:

    No supported KMS Client Windows detected
    No Installed Office 2010/2013/2016 Product Detected

    that's strange, the tool seems to not detect your office version, it seems that something wrong happened when you tried to convert from retail to VL.
    what i can suggest is to start again on healthy basis and uninstall, then install again your office 2016 pro plus retail version and use directly kms-vl-all which i mentionned in my previous post.

    I've tried what you said again and it doesn't seem to work it gives an Access Denied error
