Stuck with Windows 8.0 ?

    My Samsung laptop came with Win 8.0 (x64) and it's been okay except for one big problem. For a very long time Windows Updates download but fail to install and then they revert; so I've never been able to upgrade to 8.1!

    I tried using the Windows Update Troubleshooter but it couldn't fix the problem, so I'm wondering if there's another way for me to upgrade to Win 8.1, or for that matter, Win 10?

    I would really appreciate your advice/suggestions...

    Yea, download the ISO and upgrade lol

    there was a KB that had to be uninstalled for the 8.1 upgrade to be able to install.. forgot the number
