which one should i go for
    Dell 21.5 inch LED - ST2220L Monitor
    Samsung 21.5 inch LED - S22B370H Monitor
    Benq 21.5 inch LED - RL2240H Monitor
    or any other ?

also luking for new smps. my card requires 450wats. im planing to get dis one.
Cooler Master Extreme II 525 Watts PSU
    is it sufficient ?
one more thing deres a iball cabinet which comes with 500wats smps and costs only half the price of 'Cooler Master Extreme II 525 Watts PSU' should i go for the iball cabinet or the cooler master smps only

The Samsung seems like a good monitor. The Cooler Master will work if you don't have a mid range to high end video card. In general buy Seasonic, Corsair or Antec power supplies.

That on will work too. Your video card is only has 64 W TDP so as long as the amp on the 12v rails is sufficient and you are not running 50 hard drives then 450 w will work too.

At peak load I think you will be pulling around 200w so the 450w will work if you want to go for the 500w then that's up to you. It will give you a bit more headroom if you want to upgrade the video card in future.

32 A on 12 v rails , if it is powering your stuff now, why ask if it is enough ?

Your graphics card doesn't use 400 watts it uses 64 watts, when the video card manufacturer offers recommendations for PSU it is for the whole system not just the card alone.

Remember if it's old then it would have degraded.
