This is just a small rant. We've all heard that Microsoft intends to give Windows 10 a large UI revamp in the fall of 2021, however, judging by what I've seen in these recent Dev channel builds, I seriously doubt we'll have anything this year, if we have anything at all. Ok, there are some hidden features in recent builds, such as the new 10X-style boot screen, the News & Interests taskbar applet, and the new window animations... But that's it. So far, "Sun Valley" or "Windows 10++" feels like vaporware, and I'm not holding my breath for it... I do hope I'm wrong though.
I know, I'm not expecting some huge change, you know like Windows 8 or anything... But I was expecting at least the rounded corner stuff to show up. Guess its a waiting game.
Windows 10x is just another chrome OS with a different name i don't even consider that a windows light version.
MS is focusing right now on the release of Windows 10X which is in March (I think). The reason why 21H1 will be a small update like 20H2. I think we can see the fruits of Sun Valley appear starting in early to mid-April. There's plenty of time for development since Sun Valley is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2021.
