    show us your winver output (winkey + r --> winver).
    maybe you are using an older build.

    The taskbar icon no longer Windows Explorer. How do you get back .... Please help ...

    Locate the icon in the startmenu, right click on it, and then choose pin to taskbar.

    When you click the right mouse in Windows Explorer does not show me the menu option to pin taskbar.

    Start - type "Windows Explorer" (no quotes) in search panel - Windows Explorer will appear - right click on it - pin to taskbar
