sysprep.exe not found when running install file after installing windows

    After installing windows 7 and other soft when i started windows capturing by running install file from the installer folder it's showing sysprep.exe not found..what should i do now please helpppppppp..thanks.....

    Go to c:\windows\system32\sysprep\
    bye
