System Image

    Could I create an image of my current system as it is right now and use that to install windows 7 so I don't have to install all the updates and desired software I want if I get a new computer?

    sysprep, capture image, restore to new system...

    And this will work for other computers as well? Just want to make sure. And I assume I will have to reactivate it?
