It looks weird to me, not sure why. Select the "Processes" tab and see if anything odd is there. I don't think this is an heat issue, unless you know for certain something is too warm. Also check "Control Panel" > "Add/Remove Programs" - sort by date. Perhaps a recently installed program is the cause. Run a scan for virus and malware too. Another thought: perhaps something like a disk defragger is the cause?
