Does anyone use the taskbar on the top of your screen? Am having issues with this as many of programs have TOP of THEIR windows hidden behind the taskbar so I can not close it by clicking X in the corner. Had same problem in Win 8.1 and of course Win7. Was hoping it`ll be fixed in Win10, but it doesnt. I have to drag the edge of window of the program to change its size first and then it`ll pop out from taskbar and I can see the full window, but it is annoying...
I rather think it's a problem caused by some third party software... I have my taskbar on top since W98 and Windows itself and many software vendors don't have this problem. It's the third party software with doubtful code written that makes the top of some windows hide behind the taskbar. I guess Windows (10) is not to blame...
Can you just use auto hide taskbar until it's fixed. There's also the Use small taskbar buttons under properties, this will also stop it.
...untill it`s fixed? Ya very funny man Not fixed since win7 or maybe even before that lol I hate to use auto hide taskbar, I know it works but I dont like it that way. It is sad that it doesnt work same way as when taskbar is on bottom. Tried the Use Small Taskbar Buttons as you said, but problem is the same. For example CrossFTP (first program I tested) program is hidden behind the taskbar.
Have made this a feedback problem as a insider, can't see them allowing the problem to continue. I guess if anyone is a insider they should add this to feedback to help push a fix. I know that small works with start pinned, sorry it doesn't work with others. I don't like taxes, but still have to pay them, I guess sometimes they win and you just have to hide it.
This was a little while ago, and right now I have enterprise and tried all the tweaking with no way to post or see feedback. Last time I looked there was 1000 for auto hide, are you sure there's nothing, and why haven't you made one ?. Is my feedback still there for- stop adding defender updates to windows update ? Not sure how long before I run as a insider again on other system.
