In Chrome, after clicking Full Screen on a YouTube video, sometimes the taskbar appears. I have Windows 11 22H2 installed.

Now, every time I open the YouTube bookmark in an incognito window, the site refreshes (but not if I access YouTube in an incognito window without using its bookmark, which is odd). This is annoying since if I start typing its search bar right after accessing the site, I have to retype.

EDIT: It seems this problem is caused by the I don't care about cookies browser extension.
