    Can someone recommend a free texting app that i can send messages from my pc to others peoples phone whether it is android or Iphone please that is simple to setup and use plz? I dont want to use websites. I want a free app plz

    I have been using Google Voice to do this for several years. There are also apps from Microsoft and Intel, both of which I have tried and gone back to Google.
