text direction .. another bug ?

    so decided to install Windows 11 on my new laptop
    and get this weird bug, never had it on my ltsc - home computer

    when you open the folder, it do correct to right direction
    any way to fix this?

    (its happen under explorer - directories `name` list too
    instead show 10G ... it show 10 bla bla bla G)

    happen with arabic language too
