the 3hr activation reminder

    has anyone discovered a way to get rid of this reminder popping up? (apart from activating) i missed out on the free activation and returned to windows 7.

    No, such things are not available until today. The reminder is not the only problem you got without having the system activated. No updates can be done and some customizations are not available.
    Why not simply run MTK and you are set?

    I thought you still can't activate with WMC?

    You can activate the WMC by KMS but only for 30 days instead of 180 days.

    i assume you can re-activate every 30 days?

    you can install the AutoKMS and it will handle it for you as well. Set an exception in your AV to allow c:/windows/autkms/autokms.exe

    lol ... the no-risk guys find themselves on the no-risk platforms and wonder about not being exposed to any kind of danger :D

    They still selling the Intl. boxed version of Windows 8 Pro Upgrade in Thailand for 70 Bucks!! That includes the 2 DVD's 32bit and 64bit and the original License Card + COA, all fully original MS, NOT OEM! What's in your countries?
