    Write "ex" in startmenu and there it is...

    i used to run this from the 'properties' of my computer.....

    Go control panel and click on System and Security and then on system and Windows Experince Index will be on that page.

    Right click on "Computer" > Properties > click on "Windows Experience Index" highlighted in blue.
