I wasted so much time trying to figure the thing out, why isn't there a sticky how to thread about it? Anyways for future reference, I'll share what I did. And please do tell me if there is anything wrong, as a guy who downloaded ISOs all his life for such stuff this was a bit complicated for me.

    1) Download English windows 10 consumer x64 or x86 and sha file
Make sure you go for the 2019 LTSC 17763.316 link below, seems to be the latest as of now.
    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...b-17763-xxx-pc-rs5.77945/page-51#post-1467631

    2) Download the desired svf language pack from #Consumer (EN to XX) folder to convert your iso to the desired language -in case of en-us this step is not required-

    3) Download the desired svf language pack from Consumer to LTSC folder

    4) Extract iso from rar and put the iso and svf files to the same folder and then download this

    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/smartversion-tools-scripts.79415/#post-1516086

The only thing you need is svfx.exe, put it in the folder as well.

    5) Run svfx.exe and pick consumer en to consumer xx svf you downloaded. Select the iso you downloaded and then save the new iso without changing its name so that you can check sha easily. Again for en-us this step is non-existent.

    6) Run svfx.exe again and this time pick the ltsc svf so that you convert your xx language consumer to ltsc. Select the newly created iso of step 5 this time. It's made smart so it will pick stuff auto anyways. This time the created iso will be the last. Check sha-1 to see if everything is in order and you are good to go.

    7) Activate using some method
    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/kms_vl_all-smart-activation-script.79535/

Or probably hwid works as well, if the normal method doesn't work you can try selecting KMS38 from the list. I used hwid for LTSB without any issues.

Much thanks to @Enthousiast he seems to have done a lot.

NOTE: This is not an updated version, there is no updated iso version from what I get, you have to create your own iso after downloading updates, IMO it's better to just let windows update itself if you are not an IT pro or something. But if looking for an updated version read the link above carefully again: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...b-17763-xxx-pc-rs5.77945/page-51#post-1467631

Have no clue how updates work so you might have to download updates in your language.

There is a sticky containing all info about the use of svf files, filled with info, tools and tutorials about how to use the many different tools/scripts:
    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/smartversion-tools-scripts.79415/

And i made this specifically about how to create an uptodate Enterprise 2019 LTSC ISO:
    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-17763-xxx-pc-rs5.77945/page-216#post-1490183
This should be do-able, shouldn't it?

All info is linked at the sticky 1809 build thread (same for 1903/9).

TBH mate I don't even know how to use this forum, this is my second post, first standing on top. It's probably extremely easy for folks around here, as it is for me now. I didn't just jump in and ask for how to, I tried my best to figure it out. You know stickies are for people like me if I couldn't find it right away either I'm stupid or the thing is not done well. I'd like to think that I'm not stupid.

If I hadn't seen your post about clicking arrows to see full posts I could still be trying.

It's doable alright but it's a waste of time for a guy looking for just a simple iso. I mean I did it but I downloaded stuff I never needed along the way.

I acknowledge your effort, however, it's not for dummies and one has to find your posts first. It would be much easier with a sticky.

Yes, only Key, KMS or KMS38 will work.

There must be an internet connection and:

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
    ; Activation
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SoftwareProtectionPlatform]
    "KeyManagementServiceName"="del"

That still is KMS, only by using a public only kms server, not recommended to use.

So after trying to follow even your steps, the svfx.exe step doesn't seem to be working for me. But Kudos, your guide is 1000% more understandable than anything Enthousiast has posted. I don't know what is going on, but finding a comprehensible guide to installing LTSC 2019 is impossible for the average layperson, currently.

I was able to install LSTB about two years ago in an hour flat, but all the actually well-thought out guides are gone. Now it's just chains of barely comprehensible links.

And what guide do you need for installing 2019 LTSC, download the ISO, put it on a dvd/usb and install it like every other windows.

One of the many working guides for using svf to create the iso: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...prise-n-ltsc-2019.76325/page-238#post-1567613

Eugenides and woistmeinauto you both have a point . A good point . Thats my experience to .

Not at Enthusiast ...... at the generaly used style of first posts on this forum .

The first post in this thread is a perfect example of concentrated idiocy ---- > https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-build-19041-1-pc-fast-slow-vb_release.80763/

Joe public comes here ....... wants to have information ...... searches ...... shows initiative ...... trys hard ....... doesnt want spoon feeding ...... and is presented with a list of links ...... to links ....... to links ....... wich he then all diligently reads ....... and gets nowhere ....... in circles ...... instead of being presented with useable information they get buryed up to the neck with absolutely irrelevant secondary and further leading ' information ' .

    @case-sensitive
Mostly the joe public who comes here lately doesn't search, doesn't show initiative, wants to be spoonfed and can get all info from following the accumulated links on the maintained OPs to direct info.

The info on MDL has already be noobified to a level that we have to tell how to turn on the pc, it seems, in the past we got cryptic info and had to learn how to use it by trial and error, not taken by hand, and what happened, we learned it ourself.

Some don't get the explanation, we make a tool, then some don't get how to run the tool, etcetc....

And most, if not all, info has been published multiple times before.

I really appreciate this post. I am one of the Joe publics who came, read a lot, and still felt very confused. OP's simple tutorial is very clear, but all of the other tutorials and descriptions of the process that I found were very confusing. I appreciate all the hard work of the folks who make the raw materials (isos, svfs, etc) available, but the MDL "ecosystem" is so complicated that I don't think they realize that even when they try to describe things in "simple" terms, they are still making a lot of assumptions about the knowledge of the people who are trying to install the OS's.

Info on MDL is NOT already noobified. If it was, there wouldn't be posts like this. Yeah I'm a noob, but a few years ago, I was able to install LTSB like a breeze. Doesn't search, doesn't show initiative? Lmao I just spent 2 hours trying to get this thing to work. Nope. Just gonna have to stick with windows pro. I understand that YOU are a veteran and an expert in this field, but trust me that 99% of the 'average' joe will find this hard to understand let alone the clueless people. And if that 99% can't get this right, then that's not the fault of the public, thats the fault of the devs that make this for the public. Now you developers have no reason to help us through this process, nor provide us with anything like a guide. But if you are already trying to help, you could make this easier for the average joe. A differing view to yours, but big respect for your contribution to MDL.

Really a huge thanks to OP for the links but the download is too slow for my taste!

Yeah, the devs make it so hard, put x next to y and run exe (it's literally just that).

@LostED put all SVF stuff in one thread, all tools and tutorials SmartVersion | Tools + Scripts

In the past we even made a tool that did the download, the conversion and all, only to get the file host to lawyer up and threaten the people who put the stuff online.

I am not an expert, everything i know i've learned by READING, combining the info and testing, and when i understand it, i go out of my way to share it and make tutorials (and many others with me).

Agreed on the massive complications from the stickied thread. Sorry, @Enthousiast . What we're really missing is not the info and the links, it's the how-to part, and the sticky doesn't contain that info. Currently, there is no proper how-to, and I wish there was. Installing it can be broken down step by step, and that's what we're looking for. "Step 1: Download: "insert link". Step 2: Run "insert program". Step 3: type "insert text" into etc. etc. etc.. Anyway, hopefully someone takes the time to do that so non-experts can enjoy LTSC.
