This option don't exist in Windows 8.1

    Who cares, cutie. :)))
    Is there really anybody, who wastes his/her time with lock-screen every login? I have it disabled even on Windows RT tablet. :)

    BTW: Windows 8-x lock-screen is copied/stolen Battle Isle II start-screen. :))

    So you can also disable start screen, not use metro apps. So why you stay with Windows 8.1 ? Come back to Windows 7.

    ...just rename \Windows\Web\Screen\img100.jpg file and put a new (apparently JPG) file in place :)
