    It would be nice a website or application that did the opposite of this function, for example burnbit.com . But it is very limited.

    Do these sites seed the torrent back? How do they download the torrent(public trackers or use DHT)?

    Checked torrent2ddl and boxopus but nothing mentioned about seeding back.

    Filestream.me does (only one I looked at). It gets the file from torrent or whatever and puts it in your "cabinet" and then you download at will. So it keeps you out of the tracker line (hell you aren't even downloading it yet), whether filestream.me keeps logs of your files and DL's in your "cabinet" I dont know, didn't read that far into it.
